Welcome to frog garden designs! – My creations are original jewelry designs  highlighting natural stones, pearls, metals, artisan lampwork glass, Czech and other unique glass beads, as well as vintage components.

Nature is frequently my inspiration and my designs are often playful and affirming of life itself. They are meant to make you smile and pause for a moment – from the natural beauty of the stones and colors in some designs to the whimsical nature of others or the vintage ingredients I sometimes use in my occasional altered art pieces. I particularly enjoy featuring natural gemstones such as jasper and agate and all sorts of pearls. At froggardendesigns, stones are often combined in unexpected ways with other bead treasures to create an eclectic and personal look.

It is my hope is that you will be inspired and uplifted by my creations in whatever way they help you to find strength, creativity, a simpler more natural life, or just enjoyment – whatever you are seeking.  Enjoy!

Exciting News! You may now view and purchase my jewelry in London, Ontario.  I have a new selection of fall earring styles and other pieces with more arriving at the end of September.   It’s all very exciting!

Style 360 Selective Consignment just celebrated their third year of great fashion at 360 Springbank Drive (between Wharncliffe and Wonderland) in London.  Find brand and designer clothing and accessories in ‘like new’ condition. They really do have a good selection and new things are always arriving.

I  have been very busy with the flea market over the summer, so the Etsy store was on the back burner.  watch for new items starting early fall – additions every week or so.

If you would like to place a custom order, please contact me via email.  I can then post your custom order on Etsy or perhaps meet you at a future craft show if you are planning to be there.   I have a large variety of stones, pearls, crystals, Czech and other glass beads, metal beads and findings – no doubt just what you are wanting.  Perhaps some of my previously sold items will inspire you in terms of what design you like.

I also have a variety of earwires, leverbacks, clip-ons and studs that can be interchanged as needed.  Some are done free of charge, others for a small increase in price.  I will be happy to answer any of your questions about this – look for a future section with all the details.

November 15, 2010 – Lunch for a Bunch Christmas Shopping Extravaganza – 3-9pm – Fundraising Event in support of Women’s Community House at the Lamplighter Inn in London, Ontario.  All funds raised during the event went towards ensuring the children of the women who are sheltered at Women’s Community House have delicious and nutritious meals for their lunch.

November 21 & 22,  2010 – E. C. Drury High School Christmas Craft Sale, Milton, Ontario

December 18-19, 2010 – FGD first Open House - enjoyed the company of friends just before Christmas.  Abby also had her handcrafted cards available along with my jewelry.  Although we were originally foiled by “snowmageddon”and had to change the date once, we will definitely be doing that again and will perhaps expand to include other artisans!
